Shipping Policy

Silent Supply Co. operates primarily through limited pre-order drops. Each drop is available for a specific ordering period, which will be clearly stated on the product page or announcement.

Once the pre-order window closes, orders are submitted for production. Because our products are made in limited runs, production and shipping may take approximately 2–3 weeks after the pre-order closes.

Please keep in mind that the estimated 2–3 week timeframe begins after the pre-order window has closed, not from the date your individual order was placed.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Orders containing multiple pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are ready.
